All candidates’ nomination papers (Form 13) must disclose any offences that they have pleaded guilty to, or been found guilty of under:

  • The Criminal Code (Canada)
  • The Controlled Drugs and
  • Substances Act (Canada)
  • The Income Tax Act (Canada
  • The Income Tax Act (Manitoba)

Candidates do not have to declare any offences under The Youth Criminal Justice Act (Canada), The Young Offenders Act (Canada), or an offence for which they were granted a pardon under the Criminal Code.
