Alternative Voting: Sealed Envelope
If you have reason to believe you will be unable to vote at the regular voting place on Election Day (October 28, 2026) or during advance voting opportunities, you may be eligible to vote by sealed envelope. This includes voters with a physical disability, those caring for a person who cannot be left alone, or those who expect to be absent from the municipality.
How to Apply
There are two ways to apply for a sealed envelope ballot. In both cases, you will be required to provide acceptable identification (an official document issued by a federal, provincial, or municipal government that contains your name, address, and photograph).
