Your Tax Payment Options
We understand that paying taxes should be simple and convenient. The Rural Municipality of Reynolds offers several flexible ways for you to pay your property taxes, whether you want to pay in full or in smaller, partial payments (weekly, monthly, or quarterly).
OptionPay
For the flexibility of paying with a credit card, you can use the secure OptionPay system. This service accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Note: A third-party service fee applies to all OptionPay transactions. These fees are charged by OptionPay, not the municipality. Payments can take 2-5 business days to be received by the RM, so please plan accordingly.
Online Banking
If you bank with a Credit Union, you can pay your taxes through your online banking system. When you add us as a payee, try searching for one of the following: “The Rural Municipality of Reynolds,” “Rural Municipality of Reynolds,” or “RM of Reynolds.”
Account Number: Use your Roll Number as the account number. Some banks require all the leading zeros, while others don’t. Please check your bank’s instructions for the correct format.
You can pay with e-transfer if you bank with another financial institution.
More Ways to Pay
You can send an Interac e-Transfer directly to the municipality.
Recipient: Send to admin@rmofreynolds.com.
Important: In the message or subject line, include your Roll Number and a contact phone number so we can properly apply the payment to your account.
You can mail a cheque or a series of post-dated cheques to the RM office.

Important: Please ensure you allow enough time for the payment to arrive by the due date. Post-dated cheques are accepted.
You are welcome to pay in person at our office, located at 45030 PTH 11, Hadashville, MB.
We accept: Cash, debit, or cheque.
