Family Doctor Finder connects Manitobans to a home clinic or primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner) that can provide you with a base for your health care needs.
Register online at https://forms.gov.mb.ca/family-doctor-finder or call toll-free at 1-866-690-8260.
When you call you will be asked for basic information about you, including where you live and your preferences for the type of provider (ex. gender, location, spoken language). The primary care connector can then work to find a provider or clinic that is accepting new patients in a location that works for you.
