RE:      THE MUNICIPALITY OF REYNOLDS – ZONING BY-LAW NO. 04-2025

OBJECTION TO ZONING BY-LAW FROM THE PUBLIC

FILE NO. 25B3-0001

IN THE MATTER OF: The Municipality of Reynolds (the “Municipality”) By-law No. 04-2025 (the “Proposed By-law”) amending Zoning By-law 7/13.  The Proposed By-law seeks to repeal the Municipality’s Zoning By-law No. 07/13. 

AND IN THE MATTER OF: Objections from the Public to the Proposed By-law received by the Municipality and referral of the Objections to The Municipal Board (the “Board”) under Section 78(1) of The Planning Act.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions of The Planning Act, C.C.S.M. c. P80, and The Municipal Board Act, C.C.S.M. c. M240, the Board will hold a public hearing to receive representations from any person on the objections regarding the Proposed By-law.

The public hearing will take place on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, and, if needed, on Thursday, March 12, 2026, and Friday, March 13, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at the Reynolds Civic Centre, 45030 PTH 11, Hadashville, Manitoba. ADJOURNED TO MAY 20-22, 2026

Any interested person may make a representation on the Proposed By-law.  A person who wishes to make a written and/or oral presentation to the Board must register by filing a completed Public Presenter Form with the Board at least ten (10) working days prior to the hearing.

The Board requires that an interested person who intends on filing a written submission must file four (4) copies of that material with the Board and one (1) copy with the Municipality of Reynolds for public viewing at least ten (10) working days prior to the hearing, failing which copies of the written submission must be provided to the Board and the parties at the hearing.

If a person wishes to have service in French, or requires an accommodation, they must notify this office 15 days prior to the hearing.

A copy of the Proposed By-law, briefs and documents concerning the matter, are available for public viewing at the Municipality of Reynolds’ municipal office, Box 46, Hadashville, MB R0E 0X0.
