Grass Cutting & Beach Maintenance – Falcon West Estates

Winnipeg Condominium Corporation 882 is seeking qualified contractors to perform landscaping and maintenance services within the community of Falcon West Estates.

Scope of Work

The awarded contractor must provide all equipment, material, and labour for the following recurring tasks:

  • Roadside Mowing: Mowing vegetation along approximately 2 km of roads and trimming culvert areas every two weeks.

  • Public Beach Greenspace: Grass cutting and trimming around obstacles on the main beach every two weeks.

  • Jesse’s Trail Greenspace: Mowing and trimming along the Southeast side of the road and creek culverts every two weeks.

  • Public Beach Maintenance: Raking sand for debris and spraying/cutting vegetation at the water’s edge every two weeks.

  • Roadside Brush & Tree Maintenance: Cutting back brush and limbs within 24″ of the road edge at specific lot locations once per season during hibernation.

Submission Requirements

To be considered for this tender, the following mandatory documents must be submitted:

  • Contractor’s Certification Form regarding legislative and safety requirements.

  • Mandatory Minimum Requirements: Proof of Manitoba Workers Compensation Board (WCB) standing, a valid insurance certificate, and Manitoba business registration (including GST number).
