Road Maintenance – Falcon West Estates

Winnipeg Condominium Corporation 882 is now inviting tenders for road maintenance services within the community of Falcon West Estates.

Scope of Work

Qualified contractors are sought to perform the following services:

  • Materials: Supply and delivery of 125 tons of crushed granite road base.

  • Repairs: Pothole repair and distribution of road base gravel along approximately 2 km of gravel roads.

  • Grading: Grading or dragging of all internal roads.

Submission Requirements

Interested bidders must submit the following mandatory documentation to be considered:

  • Contractor’s Certification Form regarding legislative and safety requirements.

  • Mandatory Minimum Requirements: Proof of WCB standing, a valid insurance certificate, and Manitoba business registration (including GST number).
