Tax Payment Options


 Payment Options for Taxes

All partial payment times accepted for example, Monthly, Weekly, or Quarterly. Payments can be done by Post-Dated Cheques, E-Transfers, Telpay, Online Banking with a Credit Union or cash, DEBIT, or cheque in the office. (NSF Fees will be added to your account if applicable) Late payments are still subject to 1.25% penalties on the first of each month.

Telpay - This is an option if offered by your banking institution. Use your Roll # as the account number.

To sign up to pay your taxes over the telephone or online, call  1-800-665-0302 for more information or access www.telpay.ca
 
Once signed up, you can pay your taxes by calling 1-800-827-6317 or accessing www.telpay.ca.

 

Credit Unions  - Credit Unions have us on their drop down list as a payee for online banking. You may need to try "THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF REYNOLDS" or "RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF REYNOLDS" or "RM OF REYNOLDS". Use your Roll # as the account number. (Some require all the zeros, others may not (ex. 0126400.000 or 126400.000 or 126400)

In Office - Our office is located at 45030 PTH 11, just north of the Post Office in Hadashville, MB. We accept CASH, DEBIT or CHEQUE in the office only. Partial Payments or Post-Dated Cheques are accepted by the RM of Reynolds.

Make a payment online with your credit card:

The RM of Reynolds is now accepting online payments with select credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) through the secure OptionPay System (with applicable third-party fees). Note that all processing fees are charged by OptionPay and are not received by the municipality. The fee rate table can be viewed here.

In addition to the option of paying directly through your financial institution's online banking system, payments for certain RM of Reynolds bills and services may now be paid by credit card online. Payments will take two to five business days to be received by the municipality, so please allow for this processing time while making your payment. Please keep in mind not to exceed your daily and/or transaction processing limit when making credit card payments. For optimal performance, please use Google Chrome or Firefox web browsers when accessing OptionPay.

The RM of Reynolds currently accepts payments for the following through OptionPay:

  • Property taxes
  • Building/Development Permits
  • Accounts Receivable (invoices)
  • Tickets/fines
